Homework
Reading and Phonics is really important in Year 2 so please make sure you are reading at least 5 times a week to help consolidate your phonics knowledge and improve fluency. Don’t forget to record in your reading diary when you have read so we can see the fabulous effort you are putting in at home. Bring back your book and diary to school everyday so that we can read with you as well, and so that we can change your book when you are ready to change.
You also have your TT Rockstar, Reading plus and Purple Mash sites that you can access from home.
PE
Our PE day is on a Wednesday.
Please can your child come to school dressed in their PE kit.
Jewellery should be removed and earrings should be taped or taken out.
